General Return Policy
Finch & Fable offers a 30-day return policy only for customers in the EU, meaning the returned item(s) need to be postmarked within 30 days of original purchase date in order to qualify for an exchange or a refund. All items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with original tags intact. If you send your package outside of the 30 day window, we reserve the right to reject your return.
Return Process
How to initiate a return
Contact us by email (hello@finchandfable.com) to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, items being returned and reason for the return.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit and therefore urge you to ship with a tracking number and insurance.
Return authorization & shipping
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.
Refunds and exchanges
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired item/size in your return request. Exchanges will be processed based on stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at hello@finchandfable.com. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange.
If you are returning a damaged item, please submit a detailed description and image. Please be aware that defective items need to be claimed within 48 hours of order delivery.
Non-refundable itemsDiscounted items or items purchased within the context of a sale (such as Black Friday & Cyber Monday, End of Season, or a discount code) are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
