Order Status
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. Once your payment has been accepted and your order has shipped, we will notify you of the tracking details by email.
Shipping
Most orders of in-stock products ship within 24-36 hours*. All orders within Europe are shipped with PostNL or DHL Parcel unless another option has been selected at checkout. International orders (USA, Canada and other countries) will ship via UPS, PostNL, FedEx or DHL Express. Tracking details will be available. We reserve the right to choose the type of shipping method for orders that qualify for free shipping. Rush shipping is available and can be selected upon checkout.
Finch & Fable cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
International Orders
Finch & Fable ships worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout please send us an email so we may add your country to the checkout system. All orders outside of Europe are shipped with DHL Parcel, PostNL, UPS or FedEx and may take 6-12 business days to arrive, excluding processing time at customs, depending on the destination. Please be aware that F&F is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries. In addition, we have no control over how long your package is held up at customs which will increase total shipping time. All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products and your shipment will always be marked as 'merchandise'. All international orders (with the exception of EU) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Payment Options
We accept iDeal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept checks or money orders.
VAT
Applicable VAT (21%) will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, where applicable, for orders shipped within The Netherlands.
Defective or Incorrect Item
If you are returning an item that was damaged upon receipt or have received the wrong item please start a claim within 48 hours of delivery by submitting a detailed description and images of the issue here. Defective item claims cannot be accepted after 48 hours of order delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Finch & Fable is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer
